Job Description:

Freight company requires a person in a busy customer service office to index scanned documents. Our inhouse system is EI TRAX so experience with this system would be a distinct advantage.

Full time hours 11 am – 8 pm (slight flexibility possible)

 Minimum requirements:

– Experience in Document Indexing

– Must be fluent in English

– Excellent communication + administration skills.

– Ability to work on own initiative.

– Excellent organisational skills.

– The ability to multi task.

– Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Job Specification: Account handler / Customer Service Administrator

Job Description:

Freight company requires account handler /customer service administrator for a busy customer service department. They will be responsible for customer service, administration and phone duties in a very busy office environment. Must have experience in the freight industry. An excellent telephone manner and administration skills essential. Must be fluent in English and available to work flexible hours.

 Duties & Responsibilities:

-Customer liaison will be a daily part of the role therefore the ideal candidate is required to communicate appropriately with clients in a customer service way.

-Managing bookings on a daily basis ensuring agreed timescales are met. Arranging collections and deliveries and booking in jobs

-Communicating with new and existing clients

-Taking bookings from clients, liaising with hauliers in planning and costing of jobs

-To track and control shipments keeping the client well informed throughout.

-Ensuring that Proof of Deliveries / Collections are sufficiently completed with all relevant information for full loads and part loads and providing the client with all relevant paperwork

-Invoicing and costing operational files using appropriate in-house systems

 Minimum requirements:
